Fibrosis, traction bronchiectasis with partial collapse of the right upper lobe are seen.

Scattered fibrosis is also seen in apical segment of the right lower  lobe and multiple 

segments of the left upper lobe. Apical pleural thickening with calcified foci within is seen on right side. Fibrosis, traction bronchiectasis with partial collapse of the right upper lobe.

Scattered fibrosis in apical segment of the right lower lobe and multiple segments of left upper lobe.Right sided apical pleural thickening. Features are suggestive of sequelae of old TB.
