inflammatory soft tissue lesions | Scattered fibrosis | pleural effusion.

 

Heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue attenuated lesion (measuring about 57x45x44 mm) is seen in left lower lobe. Multiple calcified foci are seen within the lesion.

Scattered fibrosis and increase attenuated areas are seen ligula segments of the left upper lobe, segments of middle lobe and right basal segments.

Partial collapse of the left lower lobe is seen.

Moderate collection is seen in left pleural cavity.Mild collection is seen in right pleural cavity.

Mediastinum is centered and of normal width.Few enlarged lymph nodes are seen in pre-para tracheal region and left side of aortic arch

Suspected inflammatory soft tissue lesion in lower lobe of left lung with partialcollapse of the left lower lobe. Scattered fibrosis with inflammatory change in multiple segments of both lung. Left sided moderate and right sided mild pleural effusion. Few enlarged mediastinal lymphnodes.
