Heterogeneously enhancing large lobulated soft tissue density lesion (measuring about 140 x87x78 mm) having internal cavitation, is noted at upper lobe of right lung extending from pleural surface up to right hilar & subcarinal regions encasing right principal bronchus and right pulmonary artery resulting narrowing of their lumen.

Nodular lesion is seen in apical segment of the left upper lobe.

Multiple non-enhancing soft tissue density structures are noted at pre-paratracheal, subcarinal regions & left side of aortic arch.

large bronchogenic growth at upper lobe of right lung with – Extension into right hilar & subcarinal regions encasing right principal bronchus and right pulmonary artery resulting narrowing of their lumen. Metastatic nodule in apical segment of left upper lobe. Mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
Multiple peripheral enhancing lesions are seen in right lobe of liver - likely metastases. Large mass lesion in tail of the pancreas (likely metastasis) Wedge shaped hypodense area in spleen – possible splenic infarct due to splenic vein involvement by the mass of pancreatic tail or thrombosis.
