- Large pulmonary nodule (possibly primary malignancy) at posterior segment of the right upper lobe with multiple small nodules (possibly metastasis) in left lung.
- Both lungs are hyper inflated with multiple bullae in multiple segments of both lung.
- Bilateral pulmonary emphysema.
