Increase attenuated areas are seen in anterior, posterior and lingula segments of the left upper lobe.

Multiple nodules of variable sizes are seen in multiple segments of the both lungs.

Bilateral mild pleural thickening and left sided mild effusion is seen.

Consolidation in left upper lobe. Multiple pulmonary nodules in all lobes of the both lungs- Metastases or inflammatory nodules. Bilateral mild pleural thickening and left sided mild pleural effusion.
