heterogeneously enhancing lung mass | sols in both lobes of liver ct

 

Large heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion (measuring about 130x89x74 mm) having internal necrosis and calcifications are seen noted in right lung involving both upper, middle and lower lobes including right hilum. Medially the lesion extends into the mediastinum in right para tracheal and subcarinal region. The mass causing obliteration of the right principal bronchus resulting collapse of the right lung.Mild collection is seen in right pleural cavity.

SOLs in both lobes of liver - likely metastases.
