scattered fibrosis in lungs ct | mildly enlarged lymph nodes in chest

 

Scattered increased attenuated areas with fibrosis are seen in multiple segments of the both lungs,more prominent in lingular segments of left upper lobe and basal segments of the right lower lobe.There is no sign of circumscribed pleural thickening and no fluid collection.

Mildly enlarged lymph nodes are seen in pre tracheal region and left side of aortic arch..
