Large heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion

Large heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion (measuring about 63X56X41mm) having internal necrotic area is seen in right side of neck involving right side of the base of the tongue, right pharyngeal wall including the right tonsillar fossa and right para pharyngeal space. Right parotid gland is compressed by this lesion.

Right internal & external carotid arteries and jugular veins are encased by the lesion.Multiple enlarged lymph nodes are seen in level IB and II on right side.

Suggestive of malignant mass at right side of the base of the tongue, right pharyngeal wall including the right tonsillar fossa and right para pharyngeal regions with encasement of right internal & external carotid arteries and jugular veins. Right sided cervical lymphadenopathy at level IB and II.
