Wall of the left phyrifrom fossa appear thickened |
Large heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion (measuring about 43x41x 21mm) having internal eccentric necrotic area is seen in left side of neck at left carotid space with infiltration into surrounding left side of the base of the tongue, left pharyngeal wall including the left tonsilar fossa with extension of the lesion into the left para pharyngeal space and deep parotid region.
The mass causing encacement of the left inetrnal carotid artery and jugular vein.
Suggestive of malignant mass/conglomerate lymphnodes at left carotid space with infiltration into surrounding left side of the base of the tongue, left pharyngeal wall, left tonsilar fossa with extension of the lesion into the left para pharyngeal space, deep parotid region and and involvement of the left sternoceidomastoid muscle with encasement of the left inetrnal carotid artery and jugular vein. Wall of the left phyrifrom fossa appear thickened - due to metastatic infiltration or primary mass. Left sided cervical lymphadenopathy at level IB and II levels.
