60x47x41mm) is seen in right side of the angle of mandible including mandibular ramus.
Overlying masticator muscles are involved by this lesion.
Sclerotic foci are seen in body of the multiple cervical and dorsal vertebrae are seen.
Enlarged lymph nodes having internal necrotic areas are seen in left supra clavicular region.
Mass lesion with bony destruction in right side of angle of mandible with involvement of overlying masticator muscles – suggestive of metastasis Left supra clavicular metastatic lymphadenopathy. Sclerotic foci in multiple cervical and dorsal vertebral bodies – suggestive of metastases.
