Heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue density mass lesion is seen in left side of larynx

Enlarged regional lymph nodes are seen in left side of neck


Heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue density mass lesion is seen in left side of larynx involving glottic and sub-glottic part. The lesion involving left wall of larynx, left vocal cord, left aryepiglottic fold, anterior commissure and anteriorly causing destruction of the left lamina of the thyroid cartilage and replace the left lobe of thyroid gland and extended to adjacent soft tissue of left side of  neck. Enlarged regional lymph nodes are seen in left side of neck.  


Residual mass lesion glottic and subglottic larynx involving left wall, left vocal cord, left aryepiglottic fold, anterior commissure and causing destruction of the left lamina of the thyroid cartilage and involved the left lobe of thyroid gland with regional lymphadenopathy.
