Left sided cervical lymphadenopathy ( level Ib, II, III & IV).

Large lobulated strong heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue density lesion ( measuring 39x33x32 mm) is noted involving left retromolar region and adjacent buccal mucosa of left cheek with extension of the lesion into the left infratemporal fossa. The lesion causing destruction of the posterior wall of left maxillary sinus resulting extension of the lesion into the sinus cavity. Thick collection is also seen within the sinus. Destruction of the left side of the hard palate is also seen.Enlarged lymph nodes are seen at level Ib, II, III and V on left side.
