Heterogeneously enhancing large lobulated mass lesion left maxillary sinus

Bony destructions at hard palate, alveolar process of left side of maxilla

malignant mass in hard palate and left maxillary sinus

 

Heterogeneously enhancing large lobulated mass lesion (61x54x45 mm) involving hard palate and left maxillary sinus, anteriorly the lesion extend to left nasal cavity, left side of buccal space, laterally extend to left infratemporal fossa, inferiorly extend to oral cavity. Bony destructions are noted at hard palate, alveolar process of left side of maxilla, inferior part  of nasal septum and walls of left maxillary sinus.

Mucosal thickening with collections are seen at right maxillary, both ethmoid and left frontal sinuses.

Left osteomeatal complex is blocked.

Multiple enlarged lymph nodes are seen in Level IB, II and III (left>right)

malignant mass in hard palate and left maxillary sinus with: - Extension to left nasal cavity, oral cavity, left side of buccal space and left infratemporal fossa. Bony destructions at hard palate, alveolar process of left side of maxilla, inferior part of nasal septum and walls of left maxillary sinus. Bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy at level IB, II and III (left>right) Right maxillary, both ethmoidal and left frontal sinusitis.
