Right sided cervical lymphadenopathy at level II and III.

Heterogeneously enhancing right para-pharyngeal space

 

Heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue attenuated lesion having poorly defined margin, is seen in right para-pharyngeal space also involving the right wall of the nasopharynx and adjacent paravertebral, carotid and masticator space obliterating the lumen of the right Eustachian tube and surrounding fat plane.

The lesion encased the right carotid vessels.

Enlarged lymph nodes are seen in level II and III level on right side.

Suggestive of infiltrating mass / inflammatory lesion at right para pharyngeal space involving the right wall of the nasopharynx and also involving adjacent paravertebral, carotid and masticator space.

Right sided cervical lymphadenopathy at level II and III.
