Heterogenous residual prostatic tissue urinary bladder

Prostate and urinary bladder: Heterogeneously enhancing mixed density residual prostatic tissue measuring about 45x31 mm is noted. Walls in the base of the urinary bladder appear thickened and nodular, prostatic tissue could not be separated from the base of the urinary bladder. Peri-prostatic and perivesical fat plains are maintained. Small cystic lesion with sclerosed margin measuring about 12x11 mm is seen in the intertrocheteric region of upper end of right femur.

Post TURP status showing - Heterogenous residual prostatic tissue with thickened base of the urinary bladder (possibly involved by the prostatic malignancy) . Cyst in intertrochanteric region of the upper end of right femur- Possibly simple cyst.
